She points toward the symptoms that are indication that he/she might have fallen prey to this disease. Answering this she indicates the two major factors that contribute in becoming a diabetic including genes and the environment. She brings to light the fact that some of these factors are manageable but some cannot, later talking about the one those can be managed and the management techniques. Continuing talking about the management she draws attention towards the management of both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes separately. She demonstrates different type of injectables that can be used for an insulin input in the body and the type of medication that can be helpful. She shares the very important factor of follow up and its significance and how goal setting takes place during those follow up sessions.
